FINANCIAL AGREEMENT

 

I/we understand that there is an application fee of ($100.00) per student.

I/we understand that there will be re-enrollment fee of ($60.00) per student.

I/we understand that the curriculum cost is ($300.00) per year per student.

I/we understand that the cost of the program is (check one)

K-4th grades:  ( $350.00 )now and ($350.00) each month (for 9 months)

5th-6th grades: ($400.00 )now and ($400.00) each month (for 9 months)

7th-8th grades ($450.00) now and ($450.00) each month (for 9 months)

9th - 12th grades: ($500.00) now and ($500.00) each month (for 9 months)

 

 I/we understand there is an extra charge for any repeat work and school homework solutions. High school graduates will pay a ($100.00) graduation fee.

 

A (5%) discount will be given if tuition is paid in full at beginning of school year.  Families with more than one child enrolled will be given a (10%) discount for the 2nd child and each additional child.

 

Late Fees:  Payments are due the first of every month.  Payments received after the (10th) day of the month will be charged a late fee of ($25.00).  If the balance is not paid within (30) days of initial due date, the student is considered withdrawn unless arrangements have been made with the administration.
